Description
The role is a senior process-engineering position responsible for coordinating contractor and licensor deliverables, monitoring schedules and performance, managing technical communications and action items, preparing weekly and monthly reports, supporting management of change, and maintaining confidentiality procedures. It also supports process-engineering plans, HSE performance, equipment reliability, maintenance programs, as-built documentation, and project reviews. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, fluent English, and at least 15 years of petroleum or chemical-industry experience, with GCC and UAE experience preferred. The role is primarily office-based with plant inspections during pre-commissioning and commissioning, and may involve travel to Ruwais, overseas locations, and contractor offices.
