Description
Sound Transit is hiring a senior engineering professional to provide technical leadership and design support for operations and maintenance facility capital projects, including SCADA, industrial control systems, communications, access control, building management, traction power substations, OT networks, and related transit technology platforms. The role leads troubleshooting, system integration, commissioning, technical analysis, risk assessment, and coordination with operations, engineering, contractors, vendors, and outside agencies, while mentoring team members and serving as the primary subject-matter expert for operations technology and OT cybersecurity. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field plus five years of systems engineering experience, and is performed in a hybrid environment with at least three office days per week.
