NCDMM is hiring a full-time Senior Project Engineer for a hybrid role in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The position plans, leads, and executes multiple manufacturing and defense-related projects, develops statements of work, cost proposals, and project timelines, manages customer and internal communications, produces technical reports, and ensures projects meet budget, schedule, and quality objectives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering with relevant manufacturing or mechanical engineering coursework and 10 years of experience, or an associate degree in a related field with 20 years of experience, along with manufacturing and machining experience, project leadership experience, and Department of Defense experience.
