Atwell, LLC is hiring a Senior Project Engineer to lead site/civil engineering and land development projects from entitlement through construction completion. The role covers water and wastewater distribution, surface water management, site grading, roadway design, permitting, client and government relationships, and marketing initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited university and PE licensure; relevant Delaware experience and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD are preferred. The position is based in the Newark, Delaware office on a hybrid schedule and pays $95,000–$130,000 USD annually.
