Roche is hiring a Senior Project Engineer (m/f/d) for Process Engineering to lead and manage complex local and global CAPEX projects for pharmaceutical production facilities. The role covers technical solution development, project coordination, risk and cost management, interface management, requirement assurance, change management, and process optimization from concept through handover. Candidates need a relevant university degree, extensive GMP-area CAPEX project experience, strong analytical and communication skills, German and English proficiency, and willingness to travel approximately 30% between Mannheim and Penzberg. The position is based in Penzberg and is to be filled on an indefinite basis.
