Description
Roche is hiring a Senior Project Engineer (m/f/d) for Process Engineering to lead and manage complex local and global CAPEX projects in the pharmaceutical production environment. The role covers project coordination, technical concepts, risk and cost management, interface and requirements assurance, change management, commissioning, acceptance, and process optimization, with responsibility for guiding large technical teams. Candidates need a university degree in a relevant engineering or biotechnology field, more than five years of experience in complex CAPEX projects in GMP environments, strong technical and analytical skills, German and English communication ability, and willingness to travel approximately 30% between Mannheim and Penzberg. The position is based in Penzberg and is to be filled on an indefinite basis.
