Ethos is hiring a Senior Project Mechanical Design Engineer to lead mechanical building-services design for data centre projects across the EMEA region. The role manages the full project lifecycle from concept through client handover, oversees team workload and quality control, controls scope and resources, maintains client relationships, and mentors junior and intermediate engineers. It requires at least 10 years of mechanical design experience, a professional qualification, strong communication and reporting skills, and knowledge of HVAC and building controls; plumbing and drainage design experience is preferred. The position is hybrid remote in Ireland, with attendance at the Dublin office as determined by the team's schedule.
