Ethos is hiring a Senior Project Mechanical Design Engineer for its Birmingham office to lead mechanical building-services design for data centre projects across EMEA. The role manages projects from concept through client handover, oversees team workload and quality, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, maintains client relationships, and mentors junior and intermediate engineers. Candidates need at least 10 years of mechanical design experience, a professional qualification, strong communication and reporting skills, and knowledge of HVAC and building controls; plumbing and drainage design experience is preferred.
