Worley is hiring an EPC Project Manager to manage multiple small projects, a single medium project, or a portion of a large or mega project. The role coordinates engineering, procurement, quality control, schedules, resources, risk, customer and stakeholder relationships, and project execution, while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable codes. The position begins in the Lima office until construction begins, anticipated mid-2027, and then requires mobilization to the construction site. The posting seeks a university-educated professional with local professional registration, approximately 12 years of engineering experience including 10 years of supervisory, project management, or technical experience, EPC/EPCM and workshare experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio.
