BHC Consultants is hiring a full-time Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to join its engineering group in Seattle, Tacoma, or Bellingham, Washington. The role leads stormwater management planning, modeling, design, permitting, and construction projects; coordinates staffing, budgets, schedules, financials, and deliverables; and prepares technical reports and construction contract documents. Candidates need a civil or environmental engineering degree, a Washington PE license or qualification within six months, at least 10 years of stormwater engineering experience, and proficiency with relevant software and project-management tools.
