Description
Stem is hiring a Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex utility-scale battery energy storage, hybrid PV+BESS, and energy management projects across Europe. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting of SCADA, EMS, communication networks, grid interfaces, and edge devices with project management, stakeholder coordination, technical documentation, commissioning support, and mentoring of junior engineers. It is primarily office-based in Berlin, with regular collaboration with engineering teams in Delhi and U.S.-based product teams, and travel is not a regular requirement.
