Refresco Beverages US Inc. is hiring a Senior Project Engineering Manager to report to the Director of Engineering and manage multiple large-scale operations and capital projects from planning and design through implementation, handover, and closure. The role leads technical and operational project execution, vendor and consultant management, testing, start-up, documentation, root-cause analysis, equipment reliability, safety, and long-range capital planning. It requires an engineering degree, five years of project or plant engineering management experience, three years of food-processing experience, and at least 50% travel; PMP certification and automation, controls, and project-management software knowledge are preferred.
