Description
Revlon is hiring a Senior Project Engineering Manager for an onsite role in Oxford, North Carolina. The position leads capital projects supporting manufacturing and engineering initiatives, including research and development of manufacturing technologies, equipment, tooling, and automation; coordination of outside equipment construction; technical support; equipment design, installation, validation, and upgrades; and supervision of machine start-up and training. The role requires a BS in Engineering or equivalent experience, 8–10 years of experience, packaging equipment knowledge, project management skills, CAD-based machine design capability, and complex-system troubleshooting ability. The base salary is $120,000–$150,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
