Description
Worley is hiring a Senior Project Engineering Manager for its Calgary, Alberta office to lead and manage engineering teams on major oil and gas capital projects. The role oversees multi-disciplinary engineering execution across the project lifecycle, from project definition and proposal development through detailed engineering and commissioning, while coordinating with project management, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. Responsibilities include ensuring deliverables meet applicable codes, standards, regulations, and client specifications; providing technical and leadership support; mentoring engineers; and serving as the primary engineering point of contact for stakeholders. The ideal candidate has extensive oil and gas project engineering management experience, preferably with SAGD or gas processing projects, and must hold a relevant engineering degree, PMP designation or equivalent experience, and an active APEGA or EGBC registration.
