ICF is hiring a permanent Project Finance Controller for its Europe & Asia Business Management team in Brussels, Belgium. The role oversees project financial performance, forecasting, revenue recognition, billing, cash flow, accruals, month-end close, financial reporting, contract and ERP setup, project governance, audits, and process improvement. It requires an MBA, M.Com, CMA, or equivalent qualification, 4–5 years of relevant project finance or project controllership experience, strong financial and analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience in a matrix organisation across Europe, Asia, and India. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Belgium or qualify for case-by-case sponsorship and be physically located in Belgium by the first day of employment.
