&ENSA is hiring a Senior Project Manager for energy-efficient refurbishments in existing buildings. The role owns projects from analysis through planning, implementation, and handover; advises clients on energy measures and funding; coordinates architecture, building physics, MEP/TGA, and construction teams; and helps shape company processes. Candidates need a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, at least six years of project planning, control, or leadership experience, strong technical understanding, and German negotiation-level communication.
