Description
Vivantes is hiring a Senior Project Lead for Construction Transformation and Facility Management to independently lead complex transformation programs and large-scale projects supporting hospital infrastructure and service areas. The role covers program and project planning, resource and implementation planning, interface management, multi-project control, reporting, KPIs, stakeholder coordination, and transfer of effective measures into the line organization. It is based in the Vivantes Central Administration Areas in Berlin Reinickendorf, offers 38.5 hours per week with part-time possible, and requires a relevant university degree, several years of project or transformation leadership experience, and strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
