General Kinematics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of capital equipment projects, from order and design through manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning. The role manages scope, budget, schedule, risk, customer requirements, documentation, financial performance, and continuous improvement, while coordinating engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, field service, and quality teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field, 5–10+ years of complex industrial project experience, strong technical and leadership skills, and familiarity with CAD, project management software, and ERP systems. The position pays $100,000 to $125,000 annually and includes a profit-sharing incentive bonus and other benefits.
