HSBC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 12-month engagement to own the end-to-end delivery of a booking entity change. The role covers business requirements, regulatory approvals, operating model implementation, readiness, cutover, scope, schedule, cost, quality, benefits, financial planning, risk, change control, executive governance, and coordination across legal, compliance, regulatory, risk, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders. Candidates need substantial experience leading complex front-to-back transformation in Markets & Securities Services, a strong record of business, regulatory or legal-entity change, and a degree or equivalent experience.
