The role manages project processes, schedules, budgets, staffing, resources, vendors, quality checks, status reporting, production meetings, and process improvement while coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting an assistant project manager. Candidates need at least four years of experience, pharmaceutical marketing agency experience, a bachelor's degree, experience with large cross-functional teams and vendors, project scheduling and financial platforms, advanced Excel, process improvement, and strong communication skills. The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$115,000 USD and company-paid medical, dental, and other benefits.
