Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing renovations, new construction, and acquisition projects across The Galman Group portfolio, with a focus on multifamily properties. The role manages budgets, schedules, contractors, vendor relationships, inspections, reporting, and coordination with property operations and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The position requires frequent availability outside standard hours for emergencies, staffing needs, board meetings, and networking events.
