Top Aces is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and support the PMO as a center of excellence. The role covers project initiation through closeout, governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, reporting, process analysis, change management, performance metrics, and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma. It requires at least five years of project management or related experience, a university or college degree, PMP certification or progress toward it, strong communication and computer skills, and a Level 2 Canadian Government security clearance with access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
