El Seif is hiring a full-time MEP Project Manager to oversee the timely, safe, and budget-compliant delivery of construction projects. The role manages MEP teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities; administers contracts, budgets, schedules, procurement, payments, change orders, documentation, warranties, and closeout; and supports Saudization, succession planning, and organizational development. Candidates need a B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 10–15 years of MEP construction and project management experience including at least five years in a managerial position, English proficiency, and mandatory NEBOSH or OSHA certification.
