C3EL is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Site Lead to serve as the primary on-site leader for contract execution, mission continuity, and daily enterprise IT operations at Fort Shafter Flats in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role manages staffing and workload, coordinates with government stakeholders, oversees DIACAP and RMF certification, directs network and cybersecurity operations, supports process improvement, and prepares reports and documentation. The position requires U.S. citizenship, an active DoD Secret clearance, a DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification, at least six years of relevant IT program management and enterprise operations experience, and knowledge of DoD acquisition, CHESS purchasing, MPLS, DISA circuits, and enterprise integration.
