Description
HDR is hiring a Senior Project Manager (Architecture) to lead and coordinate large multidisciplinary or technically complex architecture projects from initiation through close-out. The role manages project teams, staffing, schedules, budgets, client relationships, contracts, design and production meetings, deliverables, QA/QC, and project reviews, while mentoring less-experienced project managers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in architecture, at least 10 years of related experience including 5 years of project management experience, registration as an architect, team leadership ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, local and regional market knowledge, and strong planning and mentoring skills. Sustainable design or LEED experience or interest and PMP certification are preferred.
