Ware Malcomb is hiring a Senior Project Manager to deliver innovative design projects through all phases, including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents, and construction services. The role leads internal and external teams, manages budgets and schedules, coordinates consultants and contracts, oversees contract documents, represents the firm in public design reviews, and serves as the primary client contact. Candidates need at least seven years of architecture experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, AutoCAD and Revit skills, knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma, building-code knowledge, and strong communication and coordination abilities. The position is full-time and long-term, with a stated compensation range of $103,000 to $121,000 plus benefits.
