AECOM is hiring a Senior Rail Project Manager to lead client-facing delivery of complex rail systems projects within its South Rail Systems Alliance portfolio, with expanding civils integration. The role manages multidisciplinary teams, programme plans, risks, issues, changes, governance, and reporting; serves as the primary client interface; and coordinates across Swindon, Bristol, Cardiff, and India. It requires proven rail project management and client-facing leadership experience, strong programme controls expertise, and regular travel between the three locations. The position offers hybrid work options and requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
