Description
The client is hiring a full-time Senior Project Manager (Construction) for a remote LATAM role, with work hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST. The position oversees multiple exterior construction and restoration projects from initiation through closeout, including façade restoration, roofing, waterproofing, masonry, concrete, and Local Law 11/FISP work. Responsibilities include project execution, process and PM-system development, delegation, cross-functional coordination, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, compliance, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Candidates need at least five years of construction project management experience, preferably in US-based projects, along with strong leadership, systems implementation, communication, and autonomy skills.
