AIR Communities is hiring a Multifamily Capital Projects Manager to lead large-scale capital improvement and asset enhancement projects across its multifamily portfolio. The role oversees project scoping, design, budgeting, bidding, contracting, scheduling, implementation, closeout, vendor performance, and stakeholder reporting, with approximately 50% travel to properties. The position is based in Bethesda, Maryland, with Atlanta, Georgia also accepted, and requires in-office work five days per week. Candidates need at least five years of relevant project management experience, experience managing projects exceeding $100,000, strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work with architects, designers, consultants, and construction partners. The expected base salary is $105,000–$120,000, with bonus opportunities and benefits.
