The hybrid role leads complex FDOT and municipal transportation programs from planning through delivery, manages scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality, builds and mentors a transportation team, supports business development and client relationships, and represents Arcadis in industry and community forums. Candidates need a Florida PE license, at least 15 years of progressive highway or transportation engineering design and project management experience, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. The position offers medical, dental, and vision benefits and a salary range of $150,000 to $185,000.
