Arcadis is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Resilience team in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick. The role manages environmental projects of varying size and complexity, including contaminated-site investigations, feasibility studies, remediation design, hydrogeological assessments, and monitoring programs. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, and budgets; identifying and mitigating risks; providing technical guidance; preparing and reviewing reports, work plans, specifications, and proposals; managing technical budgets; ensuring regulatory compliance; and mentoring intermediate and junior staff. The position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with occasional travel and requires at least 12 years of experience managing contaminated sites and site remediation, along with a bachelor's degree and Professional Engineer or Professional Geoscientist designation. The salary range is $95,832 to $143,748.
