Description
Backbase is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Services department to manage global online banking solution projects, coordinate internal teams and clients, advise customers on Backbase Solution implementation, and lead large transformation programs. The role requires 5–8 years of experience, preferably in banking and scaleup environments, with program management, agile coaching, financial reporting, client workshops, team management, change management, and risk and issue management responsibilities. It is a hybrid position with two days per week in the Guadalajara office.
