The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in water systems, recycled water, wastewater, and stormwater/flood management, along with strong leadership and client relationship-building skills. Responsibilities include overseeing complex engineering tasks, developing proposals and budgets, managing client interactions, and mentoring junior team members.
