BLOX is hiring a Senior Project Manager to own multiple modular construction projects across the Design, Manufacture, and Construct phases. The role manages project schedules, finances, procurement, contracts, change orders, risks, quality, safety, client and vendor communication, and the performance of Project Managers and Assistant Program Managers. It requires at least eight years of relevant experience, DMC methodology expertise, multi-project financial and schedule oversight, contract and claims resolution, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and related project-management tools.
