Description
Caylent is hiring a fully remote Senior Project Manager for its Customer Experience Engineering team to lead Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact center implementations from discovery through client handoff. The role coordinates cross-functional technical teams, manages scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources, oversees integrations and testing, supports CI/CD and analytics delivery, and develops reusable implementation practices. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of project management experience, strong client and communication skills, and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. The position may require up to 25% travel and offers a base salary of $120,000 to $144,000 per year, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
