Cumming Group is seeking a dedicated Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in educational facility projects, specifically focusing on K-12 initiatives within the Los Angeles Unified School District. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, budget control, and efficient coordination with stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership in managing large-scale projects exceeding $20 million.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management, or equivalent.
Required Previous Experiences: 15 years of full-time experience in construction project management of commercial and/or public educational facility projects.
Full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with values in excess of $20M.
Preferred Qualifications: Design Build experience.
Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Experience with LEED-certified projects and/or CHPS.
Experience with DSA construction/design processes.
Preferred certifications include CCM, PE, RA, AIA.
