Description
The Senior Project Manager leads the daily management and execution of multiple large and complex construction projects, partnering with DAVIS Superintendents and overseeing safety, quality, contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, subcontracting, and contract administration. The role includes preconstruction and postcompletion activities, trade-system coordination, subcontractor and purchase-order management, project closeout, financial forecasting, owner invoicing, and mentorship of junior team members. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience, at least seven years of construction experience, general contracting experience, and project management software experience; certifications such as CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, WELL, ILFI, or LEED are preferred. The base salary is $134,000 to $180,000, with employer-paid health care, HSA contributions, disability benefits, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other benefits.
