Eurasia Foundation is hiring a Senior Project Manager for the UK DIGIT project in Kyiv, Ukraine, starting in October 2026. The role supports the Chief of Party and component leads in planning, coordinating, and overseeing software development and complex digital initiatives, including Diia.Engine, SEIEA, tax services, eQueue, and AI solutions. Responsibilities include managing delivery teams, software development lifecycles, requirements, technical processes, contractors, budgets, risks, acceptance, handover, and reporting, while ensuring interoperability, security, accessibility, resilience, and sustainability. The position requires a relevant master's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of progressively responsible project management experience, including three years in a senior delivery or team leadership role, and fluency in Ukrainian and professional English.
