The role manages the execution, contracts, schedules, costs, cash flow, customer communication, vendor relationships, subcontractor logistics, and completion documentation for construction and restoration projects ranging from $0.05 million to $5 million. It also includes mentoring project managers and support staff, assisting with sales and project development, and reporting to the Mid-South Territory Manager. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of project management experience, relevant software proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
