Description
Ingenia is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead land lease community developments across the Bundaberg and Yeppoon regions in Queensland, with travel to Yeppoon approximately once per month. Reporting to the QLD Construction Manager, the role oversees project budgets, programmes, contracts, risks, quality, procurement, tendering, contractor management, reporting, feasibility assessments, and project completion, while mentoring an Assistant Project Manager and a Project Manager. The position requires extensive experience delivering large-scale residential, civil, or development projects valued at $100M or more, along with relevant construction, project management, engineering, or related qualifications and at least five years of project management experience.
