Description
Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Product Development Project Manager to manage complex product-development projects for surgical systems, cameras, instruments, and accessories. The role leads projects from conception through manufacturing stability, oversees design control, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication, and coordinates with Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, Regulatory, and Quality teams. Candidates need at least 6–8 years of experience in product development and commercialization, knowledge of engineering, product strategy, and business management, and strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills; medical device experience and PMP certification are preferred.
