Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of progressively responsible experience managing capital projects in an industrial manufacturing, petrochemical, chemical processing, refining, energy, or similar heavy industrial environment.
Demonstrated experience managing capital projects from concept through startup and closeout.
Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, budgets, and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or other advanced technical or business degree.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
Experience with project controls, including estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and cost management.
Experience working in chemical, petrochemical, specialty chemical, or related process manufacturing facilities.
