Kai Development is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, development, construction, and delivery of multiple residential rental housing projects in Southern California, beginning with a 108-unit senior apartment community in Redlands and continuing with build-to-rent single-family and ADU developments. The role coordinates entitlement, permitting, consultants, contractors, municipalities, lenders, and ownership; oversees construction operations, budgets, schedules, quality, procurement, and risk; and supports project reporting and team development. It is a hands-on position requiring substantial office and field involvement, with a base salary of $150,000–$180,000 annually, a target bonus of approximately 20% of base salary, and potential project participation or equity incentives.
