Description
Klaviyo is hiring a Senior Project Manager to own the project lifecycle and program execution for its employee-facing AI and automation platform, ARIA. The role will build and scale automation workflows, coordinate integrations across HRIS, ticketing, messaging, and knowledge-management systems, partner with IT and business operations, manage AI adoption and governance, track delivery metrics, evaluate vendors, and create a long-term project delivery plan. The position reports to the Director of AI and App Engineering and requires at least five years of project management experience focused on enterprise software, internal tools, or employee-facing projects, along with experience in AI and machine learning capabilities. The base salary range for US locations is $112,000 to $168,000 USD, with possible bonus, equity, sign-on payments, and benefits.
