Maverick Engineering is hiring a Senior Project Manager, also described as a Principal Civil Engineer, to lead complex civil engineering and land development projects from planning and feasibility through design, permitting, bidding, construction, and closeout. The role combines technical leadership, project management, client and stakeholder coordination, engineering quality control, mentoring, and business development. Candidates need a civil engineering or related bachelor's degree, an active Texas Professional Engineer license, and at least five years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience, with experience leading complex projects and managing projects through permitting and construction. The position is full-time and exempt in Midland, Texas, with compensation of 225k+ and local and regional travel as required.
