Description
The Senior Project Manager oversees complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing project profitability, schedules, contracts, safety, quality, client relationships, and financial performance. The role leads project teams, coordinates with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors, controls costs and cash flow, resolves disputes, and mentors subordinate project managers and project engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training and 7–10 years of progressive construction management, estimating, finance, and field-supervision experience.
