Optics11 is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end product delivery and field-integration projects, including hardware and software development and offshore deployment. The role coordinates engineering, operations, supply chain, and external partners; translates ambiguous requirements into actionable plans; removes blockers; supports bid preparation; improves cross-team processes; and establishes feedback between R&D and field teams. Candidates need 5–8 years of technical project management experience, an MSc or equivalent in Engineering, Physics, or a related field, and essential NPI experience, with offshore or field-deployment experience preferred. The role requires a Certificate of No Objection from the AIVD and a security screening.
