Description
Organon is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end CAPEX projects for pharmaceutical production processes, equipment, buildings, HVAC installations, and utilities at its Oss production site. The role manages approximately five projects per year, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, external partners, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, safety, GMP compliance, commissioning, and project handover. The position requires an HBO technical education, at least four years of industrial implementation or investment project experience, strong project management and leadership skills, and fluent Dutch and English.
