Description
The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple or large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing cost, quality, schedule, profitability, contracts, permits, procurement, change orders, and project communications. The role provides strategic leadership to project teams, mentors Project Managers and project staff, resolves complex issues, supports business development, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. A bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of related experience are required, with a preferred building construction degree and 10+ years of experience.
