Description

Penta Building Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Hard Rock Casino Tejon project in Mettler, CA. This role involves overseeing project execution, coordinating the project team, managing subcontractor relations, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include communicating with owners and design teams, developing project plans, controlling documents, running meetings, consolidating budgets, reviewing financial reports, handling change orders, managing schedules, preparing scope of work, mentoring junior staff, and promoting safety.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years minimum of prior experience working as a construction Project Manager
Experience working on large commercial construction projects
Experience leading and managing a team of direct reports
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of historical cost and ability to support conceptual estimating services for potential new projects.
Promote the company’s safety culture by understanding OSHA requirements & the company's safety policies and procedures.
Maintain and build new relationships with architects, industry partners, and subcontractors.
Actively mentor and conduct career development discussions for Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Contract Administrators.
